Power Washing

Hard surfaces that can take real pressure get it. We surface clean in even overlapping passes so you end up with one clean slab instead of a zebra pattern, then edge and detail the borders by hand where the machine cannot reach.

Even overlapping passes, no zebra stripes

Edges and corners detailed by hand

Oil and rust spots treated separately

Most driveways take one to three hours

Questions

Common questions

What surfaces do you power wash?

Driveways, walkways, patios, steps and other hard surfaces that can take real pressure.

Will it leave stripes?

No. We surface clean in even overlapping passes so you end up with one clean slab instead of a zebra pattern, then edge and detail the borders by hand where the machine cannot reach.

Can you remove oil and rust stains?

Those get treated separately with a dedicated product. Most lift substantially. Deep old stains may not come out entirely, and we will tell you that before we start rather than after.

Will it damage the concrete?

Not at the pressure and technique we use. Damage comes from holding a narrow tip in one spot, which is the opposite of surface cleaning.

How long does a driveway take?

Most are one to three hours depending on size and how much growth is in the surface.

Do I need to be home?

No, as long as we have access and an outside spigot.
