What happens to the debris?
It is hand cleared and bagged, not dropped in your beds or left on the lawn.
Do you check the downspouts?
Every one gets flushed and confirmed draining. A clear trough with a blocked downspout is not a finished job.
How often should gutters be cleaned?
Twice a year under heavy tree cover, once a year otherwise.
Can you clean the outside of the gutters too?
The faces can be washed the same visit. The streaking on the outside is a separate job from clearing the inside.
Will you tell me if something is wrong up there?
Yes. Seams and hangers get looked over while we are up, and you get told plainly what we found.
Do you need to come inside?
No. Outside access and a spigot is all we need.
