Elevated Softwash started with Mike, a tiny trailer, and a commitment to doing things the right way. What began as a small operation quickly grew through hard work, attention to detail, and a passion for helping homeowners take pride in their properties.
Today, Elevated Softwash has become a trusted name for professional exterior cleaning—serving the community with the same personal service, care, and dedication that shaped the business from day one. While the equipment and opportunities have grown, Mike’s commitment remains the same: deliver quality results and treat every property like it’s his own.
How we work
Four things we do not cut corners on
Correct Pressure
We match pressure to the surface. Vinyl, cedar and stucco each get treated differently, and the roof gets no pressure at all.
Safety of Plants
Beds get soaked before we mix anything and rinsed again when we finish. We have not lost a hydrangea yet.
Honest quotes
One flat number in writing. If the job turns out easier than expected, the price does not change.

We walk the property with you before leaving. Miss something and we come back at no charge.
